Karu is an assistant that helps you shop on Kapruka by chat or voice. It can search products, build a cart, quote delivery, prepare a guest checkout, take a gift message, and help you track an order. It also offers an astrology consult (Karu Guru) and a deep-research planner (Karu Osthar), and it can remember details you choose to save.

Karu is an interface to Kapruka's catalogue and services. The products, prices, stock, delivery, payment, and fulfillment belong to Kapruka.

You may use Karu as a guest or with a saved account. You are responsible for keeping your account details and password safe, and for activity that happens under your account.

Please give accurate information at checkout (such as the recipient and delivery details) so orders can be fulfilled.

Use Karu lawfully and in good faith.

• Do not misuse, overload, probe, or try to break the service or its limits.
• Do not use Karu to break the law, infringe others' rights, or send harmful, abusive, or deceptive content.
• Do not try to access other people's accounts or data.
• Do not resell or scrape the service.

We run fair-use limits (a daily allowance) so the service stays available to everyone.

Prices, availability, delivery options, and fees are provided live by Kapruka and can change. A product shown in a chat is not a guarantee of stock or price at the moment of checkout.

When you check out, Karu gives you a secure click-to-pay link. Payment is processed by Kapruka and its payment provider. Karu never charges your card directly.

Your purchase is a transaction with Kapruka and is subject to Kapruka's terms, including its policies on payment, delivery, returns, refunds, and cancellations. A test or demo payment, where offered, completes an order with no real charge so you can try out the flow.

Karu Guru offers astrology readings for reflection, guidance, and entertainment. They are not a substitute for professional advice, including medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Please do not rely on a reading alone to make important decisions. If you are dealing with a serious problem, please reach out to a qualified professional or a support service.

Karu's replies are generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Please check anything important, especially prices, stock, delivery, and order details, before you rely on it.

Karu may misunderstand a request. You stay in control: nothing is purchased until you follow the pay link and complete payment.

We work to keep Karu running, but the service is provided as is and may change, pause, or have errors. Features may be added or removed.

The Karu name, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Product names, images, and content from Kapruka belong to Kapruka or its suppliers. Please do not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law.

To the extent allowed by law, Karu is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, or for matters that are Kapruka's responsibility (such as payment, delivery, or fulfillment of an order). Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as Karu grows or as the law requires. We will change the effective date at the top, and significant changes will be made clear in the app. Continuing to use Karu means you accept the updated terms.
